An invitation to tour Bucks Biz in Newport Pagnell was yet another clear message that economic growth in Milton Keynes is going from strength to strength.
Bucks Biz is a family business operating over three sites in MK; Bletchley Business Campus, Denbigh Business Park and Interchange House, Newport Pagnell. The 110 serviced business units at Interchange House span 100,000 sq. ft. and were bought by CJ Muscat Properties in 2010. Since then they have invested £6m to upgrade the building which includes a hair salon gym and café. Bucks Biz houses companies who provide employment to more than 200 people and has seen their tenant's individual growth spiral upward ahead of national averages.
My tour was led by Joe Muscat owner of Muscat Properties and Jay Raj, Director of Clock Property. Clock Property were established in March 2014 and are a firm of commercial property consultants, surveyors & agents who are also based in Milton Keynes. The business provides many professional services ranging from sales, leasing and acquisitions of office, industrial and retail properties.
For me, Bucks Biz clearly have a winning formula, their continuing expansion is encouraging and it is a strong positive message to MK businesses that the economy is now on the rise.
