Mark Lancaster has selected the winner of his Christmas card competition.
Hundreds of entries were received by the MP when he asked his younger constituents to design a card to mark the festive season.
Competition was tough but the final prize went to nine-year-old Georgia Sharpe-Harris of Cedars Primary School, Newport Pagnell for her wintry depiction of the Houses of Parliament, The Point, a Christmas tree and Father Christmas in full flight.
She and her family have won a tour of Parliament and tea with the Milton Keynes North MP, as well as the opportunity to have her card reproduced.
After he presented Georgia with her certificate on Friday, Mr Lancaster said: "Georgia's entry stood out for its use of colour, its creativity and maturity. I particularly liked the way she summed up the work of an MP by depicting both constituency and Parliamentary landmarks. I was not surprised to learn from her meeting her teachers and mother that she is well known for her artistic flair."
