Unemployment Figures continue to fall

Figures out today show the number of claimants for Milton Keynes North are 720 lower than in December 2012 and 98 lower than in November 2013.

This continuing decline shows the long-term economic plan is working. Government has created more jobs by backing small business and enterprise with better infrastructure and lower jobs taxes. With each new job, another pay packet provides more stability and security for Britain's families.

Mark has said "The MP's office at The Business Centre in Linford Wood is a prime example of local economic success. In 2013, 36 office units were vacant, today just one is available. The job is not done, but today, we are recognising that this is the biggest rise in the number of people in work since records began".
